This all-inclusive piece featured a pen in a pouch and these 4-color items: a desk calendar pad, letter-sized pad with 12-month calendar, magnets, brochure and business card, and a sheet of calendar event stickers created by Western States. Everything was sealed in a large, clear poly sleeve. The holiday version was wrapped in ribbon.

With changing postage rates, a CD/DVD duplicator ran into issues when it reached over $1 to mail a DVD to its recipients. With a multimedia mailer, the company was able to cut their mailing costs down to a fraction of the original cost.

Western States is proud to support all of our veterans and active service members. Western States partnered with the Journey House, who's mission is to give education and opportunity to urban Milwaukee residents, to take part in their Adopt a Family Program over the holidays. The Adopt a Family Program helps families in need over the holiday season, many of whom are unable to enjoy the sharing of gifts at Christmas. You can help too! In my short time here at Western States, I have been very impressed by the quality of the people I meet – it’s been spectacular. The Great Lakes Graphics Association (GLGA) has announced that Western States Envelope & Label is an award winner in the 2017 Graphics Excellence Awards competition. The GEA competition is one of the largest printing competitions in the nation.

The mailing industry consists of all those that communicate with customers and constituents through the U.S. Mail on a large scale—from direct marketers, to publishers, to nonprofits, to public entities— as well as all the businesses that help prepare mail, such as ad agencies, print shops, software vendors and transportation providers.

Each year, a group of Western States employees takes part in the Briggs & Al's Run & Walk for Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. The proceeds from the event go towards Children's Hospital, where live-saving care helps the sickest babies and children every day. Interested in participating? Learn more!
