Our customer was having two issues with the product they had been purchasing. The adhesive was not adhering well to the product, and the material being used was not working well with the sensor on their applicator. The product they were purchasing was a hot foil stamped, traditional tool embossed label.

In May of 2019 the State of Georgia launched its new state-of-the-art system, Georgia Driver Record and Integrated Vehicle Enterprise System (DRIVES) to upgrade and modernize the vehicle registration and titling functions.

This organization needed labels for a mailing to all members that would provide customized return address labels. They needed a laser label sheet that would allow as many return address labels as possible on one sheet, yet also have an area to show an address through an envelope window. None of the standard layouts from other vendors met this need.

A midwest bank with “A Tradition of Trust” was looking for a trustworthy partner to manufacture its special envelopes to protect confidential banking documents. Our client, was able to provide its customer with the perfect custom envelopes through Western States. The natural/ivory color of the envelope lends to the bank's rich history and complements well with the gold and green logo colors.
